Welcome to City Center Chiropractic. Whether you are coming in for yourself, your child, or during pregnancy, your first visit is designed to be thorough, personal, and clear. Dr. Michele Orchard takes the time to understand what is going on before recommending care.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your initial evaluation typically takes 45-60 minutes. We review your health history, current concerns, and how your body is functioning so we can identify the areas that may need attention. Dr. Orchard then explains what she found and discusses a personalized care plan based on your needs, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Follow-up visits are usually much shorter. A typical chiropractic adjustment takes approximately 10 minutes or less, with care adjusted as your needs and progress change.

How to Prepare

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get you checked in. If you have recent imaging, reports, or notes from another provider, bring them with you. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

If you are bringing a child, be ready to share birth history when it is relevant, along with what you have noticed at home. If you are pregnant, let us know your due date and any guidance from your OB or midwife.
